Nurses

Providing innovative, high-quality nursing care is the fundamental cornerstone of our nursing practice. Through working collaboratively with physicians and various departments throughout our hospital, our nursing care unit is helping change and transform the way patient care is designed and delivered.

The delivery of nursing care occurs within an interdisciplinary clinical case management framework that provides a professional, collaborative, and collegial team approach with role differentiation and evidence-based nursing practice. Nurses at all levels of our organization provide strong and knowledgeable leadership, are visible, inspire others, and support professional nursing practice.

Continuing Nursing Education (CNE)

Continuing education is an integral part of professional nursing development, increasing the nurse’s skills and knowledge to stay abreast of changing knowledge and technology. At Care Regional Medical Center we follow an evidence-based, comprehensive Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) program to assist our nursing in advancing their practice and careers.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR CNO:

I would like to welcome you to the CRMC website. I am the Chief Nursing Officer of our hospital and oversee more than 70 nurses. CRMC is the healthcare center for this community and I believe that the nursing care here easily surpasses that of larger hospitals. My focus has been to set the bar of our nursing staff to provide high quality care and create an environment of leadership and teamwork. Nurses are the largest group in a hospital, they are the eyes and ears of physicians and they are the key factor to our success. I think about the kind of treatment that I want for my family and community and strive to integrate this into my staff’s philosophy of care. It is imperative to me that every nurse sees each individual as a member of their own family. I maintain an open door policy with my staff and our patients as well. Our focus in nursing has been continued education, as well as, improving the quality of care provided. I welcome you to give us the opportunity to care for you and your loved ones.
